Please keep your gift card safe and present it on the day of your booking. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and must be redeemed before the expiry date. Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with a promotional offer. Redeemable at private properties/venues within South East Wales, Bristol or the Borders. Meal choices made in advance using the standard Dine at Home or Drop & Go menu. One menu selection per course for all guests, except where special dietary requirements apply. In these instances, alternative options will be provided. In the event that a booking cannot go-ahead due to COVID-19 restrictions, every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative date once restrictions are lifted.
